  • Raveen Moodley
    Commercial Director

    Raveen joined Sisk in 2000 having previously worked for Cost Consultants in both Ireland and Australia.

    With over 13 years experience in the industry he has worked on numerous contracts including marine, manufacturing, and high end retail and hotel developments. Raveen has been a key player and has performed to excellent standards on some of Sisk’s flagship projects and has become invaluable to the Company through his wealth of experience and proven leadership skills.  His thorough, steady managerial style combined with a cross discipline teaming approach has proven to be very reassuring to clients on his projects.

    Raveen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Trinity College  Dublin, Ireland and is a Member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors (MSCS).

     

  • Seamus Hennigan
    General Manager

    Seamus joined John Sisk & Son Ltd in 1993 as a graduate Civil Engineer from  University College Galway. He has worked in Ireland, Germany & the UK. In 2008, he was chosen as General Manager to lead the UAE business.  With more than 18 years experience, he has extensive knowledge in most sectors of construction, notably Healthcare, Pharmaceutical & Industrial.

    His Leadership & Total commitment to the promotion of Sisk UAE ensures that   all projects will be delivered safely, to the highest standard and on time.

    Apart from holding an MBA, Seamus is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers in Ireland (FIEI) and is also a  Member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD).

    Being a strong advocate of both Professional Development & Education, Seamus is currently undertaking a distance PhD from NUIG, Ireland in Effective Global Leadership.

  • Colin O’Malley
    Finance Director

    Colin has been with Sisk UAE since August 2009.

    He has lived in the Middle East for 14 years and during this time; he has gained extensive financial management, operations and change management experience across a range of industries all with a start-up / rapid growth bias.

    Colin is a results oriented and proactive team player with strong operational orientation, collaborative management style and possesses the ability to build and motivate cross-cultural teams.

    Colin is a UK qualified Accountant and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

     

  • Paul Wilson
    Managing Director
    BSc (Hons) FCIOB MRICS

    Paul began his 25 year career with the company as a Project Manager / Surveyor. His dynamic leadership skills, underpinned by his practical experience and an innovative and pragmatic approach, ensured his career progression, ultimately leading to his appointment as Managing Director in 2008. Paul’s aptitude for team motivation and inspiration is driving the company through a period of growth and development, resulting in John Sisk & Son becoming well established as one of the top 20 contractors in the UK.

  • Chris Dyer
    Director, Precontract
    BSc MCIOB

     

    Having worked with the company for over 17 years, Chris’s experience and understanding of the business drives continuous improvements in pre-contract activities, which is essential to ensuring the delivery of best value solutions for new and repeat business clients. Chris is responsible for our Marketing, Business Development and Tendering teams and processes. His commercial expertise, attention to detail, and responsive approach to meeting client needs is vitall to work winning activities in a competitive marketplace.

  • Steve Carden
    Director, Regional Businesses
    BSc MICE C.Eng

    Steve is responsible for running the Regional Contracting Businesses outside London and the South East.  With over 25 years experience in the construction industry, Steve began his career in site management before developing through contracts management to director roles. Steve’s commitment to client focus and promoting the company’s culture of integrity is steering the company’s growth into new territory with an expanded range of capabilities.

  • Frank Quirk
    Director, Energy and Industrial Process
    BE(Hons) Civil Engineering MIEI

     

    Frank has worked with the company for over 26 years. Frank joined the UK board in 2010, bringing his experience of some the Group’s largest industrial process, pharmaceutical and energy projects to help ensure the UK business’s successful growth within these significant markets.

  • John Dennehy
    Director, Commercial
    MRICS

    John joined the company as a Quantity Surveyor over 26 years ago, gaining broad experience across a range of sectors. John’ strategic focus and determination, combined with astute market understanding and intuitive commercial rigour, ensured his progression and appointment to the UK Board in 2007 as Commercial Director. He has since seen the company achieve and continue to meet its goals of growth and expansion.

    Finance Director

    Paul joined John Sisk & Son in 1994, and has over 20 years of experience working in finance roles in the construction sector. Paul was appointed Finance Director of John Sisk & Son in 2000. Responsible for the financial and legal affairs of the company, Paul’s integrity and commitment to strong corporate governance ensures the company’s continued success and reputation of professionalism.

  • Owen Sisk
    Director, Civils
    B.Eng( Hons) ACSM

    Owen represents the fifth generation of the Sisk family in the business. He is a member of the Group management team, as well as the UK Board Director responsible for civil engineering projects. With a background in infrastructure, rail and civil engineering management, Owen is leading an expanded UK team to increase market share by building on the Group’s significant experience and the financial stability and long term business perspective that we gain from being part of a diversified, well established set of companies.

  • Mike Higgins
    Director, Southern Region
    BE (Hons) CEng MIEI

    Mike has over 26 years experience in the construction industry and is responsible for managing the London and South-East operations. Mike joined the company as a Project Engineer 20 years ago, progressing through contract management roles and now sits on the UK Board. Mike’s strategic direction and customer focus has contributed to Sisk’s reputation for delivering consistently high standards, reflected by the number of clients who partner with us repeatedly.

  • Joe McLoughlin
    Construction Director

    Joe joined John Sisk & Son Ltd in 1979 as a Site Engineer. He was appointed Area Manager in 1994 and Regional Director of the Western Region in 1999, until 2005.

    Currently Joe is the Director of the Northern Region (North and West of Ireland).  He is a proven leader as evidenced by his work on a number of high profile projects such as the New Clarion Hotel, Sligo, the Ballina Beverages Plant, and Castlebar Hospital.   Joe has played a vital role in the success of John Sisk & Son Ltd particularly through his determination, innovation and drive to produce the best results.

  • Paul Hackett
    Construction Director

    Paul joined John Sisk in 1979 as a Graduate Engineer progressing to Contracts Manager in 1986 and was appointed Regional Director in 1995, he joined the Main Board of Sisk in 1999 where he assumed responsibility for the Eastern Region of Ireland.

  • Tom Costello
    Managing Director

    Tom is a civil engineer, graduated from NUI Galway in 1979. He is 32 years with SISK and 12 years in his current role as Managing Director. During his tenure the company has completed such notable projects as Croke Park, Dundrum Town Centre, Spencer Dock, Centocor (Cork), AIB HQ, Ritz Carlton, AVIVA stadium, Limerick Tunnel, National Convention Centre, Grand Canal Square theatre and offices.

    Tom is currently dividing his time between Ireland and Poland where SISK in joint venture with Roadbridge have established a civil engineering company and are currently involved in constructing 95 km of motorway from Torun to Strykow.

    Tom is a Fellow of Engineers Ireland and is actively involved in CIF and Construction Industry Council

  • Frank Quirk
    Construction Director

    Frank has over 26 years experience working in the Irish and US construction industries. He joined John Sisk & Son in 1989 and progressed quickly through the company becoming Contracts Manager in 1992 and Regional Director in 2000.  Frank joined the main board of Sisk in 2006 where he assumed responsibility for the Southern Region of Ireland with specific responsibility for the pharmaceutical and energy sectors.

    Frank joined the UK board in 2010, bringing his experience of some the Group’s largest industrial process, pharmaceutical and energy projects to help ensure the UK business’s successful growth within these significant markets.

  • Barry Patterson
    Finance Director

    Barry joined John Sisk & Son Limited as Financial Accountant in 1997 with responsibility for the Statutory and Management Reporting of the Company. He joined the company with two years experience in the construction industry gained subsequent to qualifying as an ACCA while working in an accountancy practice in London.
    In 2000 Barry was appointed Company Secretary and was appointed Finance Director in 2007

  • Brian Keogh
    Civil Engineering & HSEQ Director

    Brian began his career with John Sisk & Son Ltd., in 1972 as a Site Engineer.  The next eight years saw Brian advance to Contracts Management, accepting the post of Regional Director in 1980. In 1990 Brian was appointed to the Main Board. He is responsible for the Civil Engineering Division, Health Safety & Environmental Management Systems, Quality Assurance Management Systems, and Plant & Construction Equipment.

  • Jim Doyle
    Quantity Surveying Director

    Jim joined the Company in 1977 as a Quantity Surveyor. In 1990 he was appointed Chief Surveyor progressing to Regional Director in 1994. In 1998 Jim was awarded the post of Main Board Director with specific responsibility for the Quantity Surveying Division. He also has responsibility for the Training and Risk Management areas within the company.

  • Guy Fowler
    Director, Major Projects
    BEng (Hons) FCIOB FICE

    Guy recently joined the Company as Director of Major Projects, bringing with him an exceptional ability to manage and deliver schemes complex in conception, scale and execution, developed over 21 years industry experience. Guy’s hands-on approach to leadership is complemented by a robust understanding of value, risk and change management and their practical application to deliver best value, sustainable solutions for our clients.
