Pfizer Cork

Our relationship with Pfizer dates back to 1973, and we have been working with them almost continuously ever since. Throughout, we operated as part of a multi-disciplinary team of building, electrical, mechanical, and process contractors, providing services including safety management, co-ordination and integration of disciplines, schedule management, quality management cost monitoring, commissioning and qualification. Contractually we fulfilled many different roles right up to full ‘Construction Management’.

Including the Pfizer manufacturing plant in Ringaskiddy, Cork we have completed more than 40 projects, with a combined contract value of approximately €461 million.

Recent projects at the Ringaskiddy site included the construction of the:

• Five-storey 10,000m2 OSP4 building: contract value €41 million

• Five storey 8,000m2 OSP3 building: contract value €12.5 million

All projects were managed by our Cork-based specialist team, and delivered to world-class pharmaceutical industry standards within an agreed programme and within budget.

Recent projects at Pfizer’s Newbridge, Co. Kildare site include BZA/CE-PNP Project – Value €104 million

Total projects to date on Newbridge site are valued at €240 million

Recent projects at Pfizer’s Grangecastle, Co. Dublin site include Drug Substance building, main warehouse and associated utilities – value €76 million.
