A joint venture arrangement between John Sisk & Son and Treasury Holdings Limited was set up with the primary aim of undertaking construction works within the entire Spencer Dock site. The joint venture is absolutely committed to assisting clients to achieve competitive advantage through a flexible and innovative approach to design and construction.
The Spencer Dock site is strategically located immediately east of the International Financial Services Centre (I.F.S.C.), approximately 1km from Dublin city centre, adjacent to the Royal Canal. The development of the Spencer Dock site included commercial, retail and residential elements.
Block C comprised the shell & core contract for 5 adjoining 8-storey office blocks, located over a double basement on a dense urban site. The main office buildings were clad in stone with elaborate glazing and atrium features.

The fit-out of the 22,000 m2 signature HQ for PwC was subsequently negotiated by Sisk and consists of;
- Reception Area on the Ground Floor
- Offices, Atrium Library/Canteen & Staff Training Areas on the Lower Ground Floor
- General Office Layouts on the Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th Floors
