Primark, Newcastle

John Sisk & Son has been appointed by Primark to refurbish one of its stores in Newcastle city centre.

Works include installing a tower crane through the existing store to service the project, which will provide 11 new lifts and escalators within the building, new office space, storage areas and retail space of around 120,000sq ft.

The building will be clad in insulated render, curtain walling and aluminium extruded veil to transform the building into a 21st century structure.
