EMF3 Project (Management Contract)

Following a competetive Design & Build Tender, a value engineering exercise was carried out by Sisk and the clients consultants to achicve the required savings.

The project involved the construction of:

• Production area including warehouse (22,500msq)
• 3 storey office block (10,000 msq)
• Utility Building
• Access Roads, receiving & shipping yards 1,000 space carpark and landscaping
• Chiller yard

The project was run on a fast track programme basis. Overall time was 13 months to handover and a number of phased/partial handovers were accommodated. Completion was sucessfully achieved bot to programme and budget.
