Meridian Holiday Inn, Reading

The project consists of a new build 174 bed hotel with associated public areas, gym and swimming pool built off of a previously constructed podium slab.

John Sisk & Son has erected a precast concrete frame in conjunction with the bathroom pod installation. External elevations consist of through-coloured insulated render, aluminium windows and curtain walling strips.

Internally, four star level finishes to the public areas, with FF&E installation installed under the contract, have provided a high quality turnkey project.

With a 100% footprint site contained within the boundaries of another contractor’s development, our project management and logistical expertise were necessary to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
