In order to attract good quality graduates to our company, we have approved training schemes registered by the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Chartered Institute of Building and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. All graduates are encouraged to follow one of these schemes which lead to corporate membership in the shortest possible time.

We also recruit undergraduates for vacation and industrial training experience and offer opportunities for sponsorship. However, we are not considering applications at present.

It is our belief that graduates are the people to lead our business and their development and accelerated promotion to key positions will guarantee the success of the company.
