Work on the hotel commenced at the end of June, and the combined expertise of Sisk’s in-depth hotel market knowledge and Corus’ automotive-style production efficiencies will see the scheme delivered in just 44 weeks using proven off-site construction technology. Located next to the landmark Theatre Royal, the completed hotel is conveniently located for travellers visiting the city centre.

This is the first contract win secured by Sisk+Corus on the back of John Sisk & Son Ltd and Corus Living Solutions having recently announced their intention to form an alliance.
