Bolsover Street, Phase 2, London

Following the successful and CCS award winning delivery of Phase 1 of this development; John Sisk & Son has been awarded the next phase of this mixed use healthcare, residential and office scheme.  The new project involves the demolition of a section of the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital followed by the construction of 60 apartments, 44 of which will be sold on the open market, the remainder being designated as affordable housing.

The existing Grade II listed hall at the centre of the development is to be protected and maintained throughout the course of the project, with the new concrete and steel frame being built around and over the hall.  The listed hall is designated as office accommodation and will include a new mezzanine level subject to the relevant Listed Building Consents.

The extensive roof areas will be laid as green roofs.
